A legendary Venageti field operative, the man masquerading as a Karentine major in Full Harbor is actually a shapeshifter. He was supposedly caught and killed while Garrett was still in the service, but apparently he managed to escape. As a major, he was part of the unit that liberated the Orthodox church where Syndic Klaus Kronk was killed. He was Sair Lojda's superior and the man pulling the strings behind the scenes in town. During Sweet Silver Blues, he was captured by agents of the Karentine crown.
