Tinnie Tate

A cousin of Rose and a niece of Willard, Tinnie is a fiery redhead with long, straight hair, green eyes, a few freckles, and a body men would kill for. Like all the Tates, she is on the small side (due to a hint of Elvish blood on both sides of her family). She is resourceful and stubborn. She is Garrett's on-again, off-again love interest throughout the series.
